ZARA Outfit for the Desert in Dubai

Monday, September 14, 2015

I've been dying to show you some more photos of my stay in Dubai, and one of the most exciting things we did was to visit the desert in a 4x4. It was an exhilarating experience and the desert is incredibly beautiful and quite scary at the same time.
Let me show you the outfit I wore for that evening.

For some mysterious reason the two outfits I have shown you in Dubai have been ZARA outfits, it would seem as if I'm sponsored, and I wish I was but I'm not. This time I wanted to wear something comfortable and appropriate for the desert. I wanted to be covered up but using loose and comfortable clothes.

If you visit Dubai you really must take a trip to the Desert! There are several experienced companies that will pick you up at your hotel and take you for a drive in a 4x4. It's great fun going up and down the dunes and you'll have some amazing photos to show.
After the drive up and down the sand dunes we were taken to a wooden camp to have a traditional dinner and watch some shows. It was a lot of fun, I had my hand painted with henna, tried on traditional clothing and we chatted to other tourists.

If you'd like to see what it was like, make sure you watch my vlog here:
The loose beige trousers were one of my best purchases from the ZARA summer collection, as they're incredibly comfortable and flowing. They're still available for purchase in many different colours on the ZARA website.
The top was another great buy, it was also available in several colours and it's very flattering. The finish is satin and also quite flowing. The metal appliqué is a sexy touch and I love the stone grey colour I chose.
